What We Do

Peer Support

The Open Doors Drop-In Centre offers confidential, single-session peer support services on a first come, first served basis.

Group

Our peer support groups provides a focus on coping, recovery, and fostering hope; a regular opportunity to talk about our walk with a variety of situations, to hear peer stories.

Youth and Teens

We offer single peer support sessions for youth ages 12 to 20, and their parents, whose needs are more immediate.

Workshops / Classes

Our peer support groups provides a focus on coping, recovery, and fostering hope; a regular opportunity to talk about our walk with a variety of situations, to share peer stories, and as a result, to learn ways for living the life we want every day.

Community Resources

Community mental health programs provide a variety of services to help support people who have serious and ongoing mental health issues living in the community.

Speakers

Our guest speakers are well informed professionals or those with personal experiences who speak on important topics that pertain to the mental health community.
